INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN PORTUGAL

A large industrial building has recently been completed in Rio Mau, Vila do Conde, Portugal to be used for manufacturing metal parts for the car industry. The floor of the building, approximately 5,000 m2, was made of semi-burnished armoured concrete. The coating suggested by other firms involved mechanical floor cleaning, which was very costly and would delay the building’s availability. The other solution suggested was to clean the floor with high-pressure water jets. The problem was that the coating could not be applied until the floor was completely dry. ZORELOR was able to apply this solution without waiting for the concrete to dry, using our ZORPIT-IEBA white (RAL 9001) resin.
